There can be a number of companies and people involved in a real estate transaction. Each has specific duties and requirements, and each is concentrating on helping close the sale. However, they may be focused only on their part. As your buyer agent, I'm your “go-to” resource to see the big picture and bring it all together. I'm here to coordinate the activities of all of these companies and people for you.

Please understand that my overriding goal is a smooth transaction, and getting you successfully through all deadlines. It may be a couple of days between times that we talk, but I'm still working for you and am always available if you have questions.
Eventually, we close and will meet to give you your keys to your new home. This is always my favorite meeting and a motivator to keep working through the tough times of the process. Let's get started!
